Everybody loves tiramisu, but few really know how many different variations there are for this great Italian dessert.
To prove you how versatile this cake is, I’ll present here two tiramisu recipes for you. The first one is the classic, the second one is a bit Particular (read on and you’ll see). The ingredients are for 6-6 people.
Classic tiramisu recipe:
5 eggs, yolks and whites separated
500gr (1.1 lb) mascarpone cheese
5 tbsp sugar
500gr (1.1 lb) savoiardi biscuits
4-6 cups of lukewarm coffee
Bitter cocoa powder to dust
